Posting a job on Tavro takes about two minutes. Here's how.
Where to start
From your dashboard, click Post a Job. If you don't have an employer account yet, sign up here — it's free.
What you'll need
- Role title — be specific. "Weekend Bartender" beats "Bar Staff"
- Location — suburb + city
- Employment type — casual, part-time, full-time, or contract
- Salary — this is required. A range like "$28–34/hr" is fine
- Description — the actual details of the role, or click Generate with AI to draft one from a short brief
Why we require salary
Every generic job board makes salary optional. Workers apply blind, then walk when they hear the rate at interview. On Tavro, salary is shown upfront — so the applicants you get are people who've already agreed to your rate. Fewer wasted applications, higher hire rate.
